The two characters, Gut and Mind was created by Prof Dr Lee Yeong Yeh and illustrator, Ximi. Inspired by the Gut-Brain Interaction model, the duo took extra efforts in coming up with graphical designs and informative educational booklet to convey ways of maintaining a healthy lifestyles.​
